Program Outcomes
Graduates will have a strong foundation in fundamental principles of computer engineering, including computer hardware and software and their Interaction.
Students will be proficient in various programming languages and be capable of designing, implementing, and testing software systems. This includes knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering Principles.
Graduates will develop a fine understanding of digital logic design, computer organisation, and architecture. They will be able to analyse and design digital circuits and systems.
Students will have a solid understanding of computer networking concepts, including network architectures, protocols, and technologies.
Program Scope
Graduates are equipped for roles in software development, system architecture and network design.
Opportunities in industries like IT, telecommunications and software companies for creating and optimising computer systems and applications.
The specialisation offers skills in hardware-software integration, cybersecurity, and database management.
Program Eligibility
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship as per table1.3(a) Agriculture stream (for Agriculture Engineering) Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together (Physics & Maths compulsory for B.Tech AIML/CSE/CS/IT/DS/DE and Physics, Chemistry and Maths for B.Tech. Civil). OR Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
