BBA in Retail Marketing

The BBA in Retail Management, in association with the Retailers Association of India (RAI), is a 4-year industry-integrated program that blends academic learning with real-world retail experience. With progressive certifications, paid on-the-job training, and placement support, the program ensures career readiness at every stage.

Program Outcomes

  • Graduates will demonstrate practical knowledge of retail operations through hands-on experience in store management, customer engagement, inventory control, and category management.

Program Scope

  • The program covers end-to-end retail operations, including store management, customer engagement, inventory control, billing systems, and category management.

  • Through on-the-job training (OJT), internships, live projects, and mentorship facilitated by the Retailers Association of India (RAI), students gain real-world industry exposure every semester.

  • The structured multiple entry–exit model enables students to earn industry-recognized certifications at each academic stage, supporting diverse learning and career goals.

  • Select students benefit from paid stipends during the program, making higher education financially sustainable while gaining valuable work experience.

  • The curriculum focuses on developing interpersonal, technological, analytical, and managerial skills essential for supervisory and leadership roles in the retail sector.

Program Eligibility

Academics
Student appearing for Std 10+2 or passed with minimum 45%. Must have studied XII from any recognised boards (CBSE, ISC, HSC, IB, A Levels or equivalent).

Entrance Test
A proctored test evaluates skills required for Management at USTU. However, the test is optional if you’ve already appeared for MHTCET / CUET or any other recognised National / State-level exam.
